How to auto reply to Instagram comments (safely)

Replying to comments quickly tells Instagram your post is starting conversations, and it makes the people who commented feel noticed. But once a post takes off, keeping up by hand is impossible.
Here is how to auto reply to Instagram comments without looking like a bot, and how to turn those replies into DMs that bring sales.
Two ways to auto reply
- Keyword replies. Only comments that contain a word you choose (LINK, PRICE, INFO) get the automatic reply and DM. Use this when your post asks people to comment something.
- Reply to every comment. Every comment on the post gets a reply, whatever it says. Use this for giveaways, launches or when you want every commenter in your DMs.

Make automatic replies look natural
- Rotate replies. Add several public replies and Reachinn picks one at random each time, so the comment section doesn't fill with the same sentence.
- Keep them short. "Sent! Check your DMs" or "Just DM'd you" reads like a person.
- Use emojis lightly. One per reply is enough.
- Point to the DM. The public reply's job is to tell them to open their inbox.
Which one should you use?
- Your caption asks for a word ("Comment LINK") → keyword replies. Only people who want the link get it, and you can run different keywords on different posts.
- Giveaway or contest → reply to every comment, so every entry is acknowledged and lands in your DMs.
- Product launch → keyword replies with words people naturally type, like PRICE, SIZE or DETAILS. Add a few variations, because people won't all use the same word.
- A post that is already viral → start with keywords. Replying to every comment on a busy post can send many DMs to people who only commented an emoji.
Keyword matching in Reachinn ignores capital letters and also matches the word inside a longer comment, so "pls send link!!" still counts for LINK.
Add a DM to every reply
