Privacy Policy

What we collect

• Your Instagram account id, username, and account type (obtained when you connect via Instagram Login).
• A long-lived Instagram access token, stored so we can send the replies and DMs you configure.
• The automations you create (keywords, reply text, DM text, and the post they target).
• Activity logs of comments/messages your automations processed (comment/message text, timestamp, and outcome).

How we use it

Solely to operate the automations you set up — matching incoming comments and messages against your keywords and sending the replies and DMs you defined. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

What we access from Instagram

With your permission we use instagram_business_basic (your profile and media), instagram_business_manage_comments (read comments and post replies), and instagram_business_manage_messages (read and send direct messages) — only to deliver the features described above.

Storage & retention

Data is stored in Google Firebase (Firestore). We keep it while your account is connected. When you disconnect the app or request deletion, we delete your account record, tokens, and automations.

Deleting your data

You can remove Reachinn at any time from your Instagram settings (Apps and Websites) — that triggers automatic deletion of your data on our side. You can also email us to request deletion. See our data deletion status page at /deletion.
