Privacy Policy

What we collect

• Your mobile phone number, verified with a one-time code sent by SMS through Google Firebase, which is how you sign in to the Reachinn app.
• On Android, a push notification token for your device, so we can tell you when an automation stops, your free days or Pro are about to end, or a payment did not go through. You can turn notifications off in your phone settings at any time.
• App usage and crash data (screens opened, features used, app version, device model, crashes) through Google Firebase Analytics and Crashlytics, and app install and open events through Meta’s SDK, so we can fix problems and measure our own advertising. This data is not tied to your Instagram content.
• Your Instagram account id, username, and account type (obtained when you connect via Instagram Login).
• A long-lived Instagram access token, stored so we can send the replies and DMs you configure.
• The automations you create (keywords, reply text, DM text, and the post they target).
• Activity logs of comments/messages your automations processed (comment/message text, timestamp, and outcome).
• Basic public profile details (username, name, follower count and whether they follow you) of people who interact with your automations, shown to you as your contacts.
• If you buy Pro: the order id, amount, date and status, and the phone number used for billing. Payments are processed by Razorpay (and Apple’s App Store on iPhone); we never see or store your card, UPI or bank details.

How we use it

To operate the automations you set up — matching incoming comments and messages against your keywords and sending the replies and DMs you defined — and to show you insights about your own account: a score for each of your posts and reels, what helped or hurt it, and the hours your followers are most active. If you choose to post from Reachinn, we publish only the photo or video and caption you picked, to your own account, at the time you chose. When you use AI Coach or the caption writer, the post details or caption you chose are sent to an AI provider (Groq or Google Gemini) only to generate that answer; your access token and phone number are never sent. We do not sell your data and we show no ads inside Reachinn.

What we access from Instagram

With your permission we use instagram_business_basic (your profile and media), instagram_business_manage_comments (read comments and post replies), instagram_business_manage_messages (read and send direct messages), instagram_business_manage_insights (reach, views, saves, shares, watch time and follower activity for your own account and posts) and instagram_business_content_publish (publish a post or reel to your account when you ask us to) — only to deliver the features described above. Insights are shown only to you, the account owner.

Who we share it with

Only the service providers needed to run Reachinn: Google Firebase (hosting, database, phone sign-in, push notifications, analytics and crash reporting), Meta (to read comments and send the messages you set up, and its SDK for app install measurement), Groq and Google Gemini (AI Coach and caption writer answers) and Razorpay (to process purchases; Apple’s App Store handles iPhone purchases). We do not sell your data.

Security

Data is sent over encrypted connections (HTTPS) and access to our database is restricted to our servers.

Storage & retention

Data is stored in Google Firebase (Firestore). We keep it while your account is connected. Insights are refreshed from Instagram every few hours and we keep only the latest copy. When you disconnect the app or request deletion, we delete your account record, tokens, automations and insights. Payment records are kept for as long as the law requires for accounting.

Deleting your account and data

In the Reachinn app, open Settings → Delete accountand confirm. This immediately and permanently deletes your phone sign-in, your connected Instagram account's token, and all of its automations, contacts, activity logs, stats and insights.

You can also remove Reachinn from your Instagram settings (Apps and Websites), which deletes your Instagram data on our side, or email support@boostinn.com from anywhere to request deletion; we complete it within 7 days. Payment records are kept only as required by law. See our data deletion page.
