Refund & Cancellation Policy

Reachinn has a free plan. Reachinn Pro is an optional paid upgrade, bought as a one-time payment that unlocks Pro for 30 days. It does not renew automatically and nothing is charged again unless you buy again.

Cancellation

Because Pro never renews on its own, there is nothing to cancel. When your 30 days end, your account simply returns to the free plan. Your automations and data stay in place.

Refunds

  • You can ask for a full refund within 7 days of your payment if Pro did not work for you. Write to us with your registered phone number and the payment date.
  • If you were charged twice, or charged but Pro was not activated, we refund the extra or failed payment in full.
  • After 7 days, the remaining days of a Pro pass are not refundable.

How long a refund takes

Approved refunds are sent back to the original payment method within 5–7 working days. Your bank may take a few more days to show it.
